All Dealer forms should be sent to the attention of Bernard Chua, Manager, Market Operations
The CNSX Application and Agreement is for firms applying to become a new CNSX Dealer. The original copy must be sent in to CNSX.
The Market Making Application and Trader Application forms are for use by approved CNSX Dealers. They may be faxed in to CNSX at 416-572-4160.
