Following an Initial Public Offering of 2 million shares at a price of $0.15 per share for gross proceeds of $300,000, there are 16,295,000 shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 11.2 million shares. Canaccord Genuity Corp. acted as Agent on the Offering.
