The common shares of Hilltown Resources Inc. have been approved for listing on CNSX. Following an Initial Public Offering of 4.5 million shares at a price of $0.10 per share, there are approximately 17.9 million shares outstanding with a public float of 11 million shares. Mackie Research Capital Corporation (formerly Research Capital Corporation) acted as Agent on the Offering.

Hilltown Resources is engaged primarily in the business of evaluating, acquiring and exploring natural resource properties. To date, the Company has completed the Jackson Manion Agreement pursuant to which it has an option to acquire a 100% interest in five mining claims in the Red Lake District of Ontario called the Jackson Manion Claims.
